My session replays are no longer available on my dashboard. Why is this?

First, you would need to look into your data retention rate. For example, if your plan has a retention rate of 7 days, that means your session replays will be deleted automatically. If your visitor data cannot be found within your retention rate, please contact WatchThemLive Customer Support and we will be happy to assist you.
